A Quick Tip from Peru to Boost Energy & Focus

A doctor friend of mine from Costa Rica shared the
following technique, which is practiced in Peru while
watching the sunrise:
· Take your fist and lightly tap on your thymus, located 2 to
3 inches down from the U-shaped dip at the base of your
neck.
· As you tap on your chest, exhale rhythmically,
“HA HA HA, HA HA HA, HA HA HA, HA HA HA,”
until you have pushed all of the air out of your lungs.
· Continue to thump lightly on your chest as you inhale
deeply.
· Repeat this technique for three to five minutes.
You will find that you experience clarity of
thinking and renewed energy. This technique can be done
throughout the day.
